One case at a time · Register interest
Paid your bill.
Something still looks wrong?
We are preparing a small Ohio pilot to help adults check apparent duplicate payments and other factual payment discrepancies in medical bills they have already paid.
The proposed service is practical, written help: reconcile the bill and receipts, organize the evidence, and prepare factual questions for the provider’s billing department. No call is needed.
Leave only your email. Private document intake is not open yet. Expressing interest does not open a case or create a payment obligation.
A narrow, factual review.
This initial pilot is for Ohio residents aged 18 or over. It excludes insurer appeals, unpaid-debt negotiation, insurance sales, clinical or legal advice, litigation, and settlement or release negotiations. We stop if a case needs work outside that scope.
We cannot promise case acceptance, a refund, or a recovery amount.
Agree on the work before it starts.
If your case is later accepted, you receive a specific agreement describing the work, qualifying refund, cancellation and fee rules. Any payment consent is separate. The proposed fee policy includes a statement and at least seven complete business days for review after both confirmed statement receipt and verified cash recovery.
For now, keep your documents with you. Do not send bills, EOBs, medical details, claim numbers or attachments through email or the availability form.
