Who is responsible
Raphaël Anselin, operating LifeDesk in Switzerland, is responsible for LifeDesk’s handling of your inquiries. Contact hello@getlifedesk.com for privacy questions or requests, without sending medical details.
What the public site collects
The availability form sends your email address, the request category, the form’s source label, and a timestamp to Formspree. If you email us, our mail providers also process your address, message, and ordinary email headers. We use this information to answer your inquiry, manage requested availability updates, and protect the service against abuse.
Private document intake is not open. Do not send bills, EOBs, medical information, claim numbers, identity documents, or attachments through the availability form or ordinary email. The current pilot is for adults aged 18 or over.
Providers and international processing
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website and routes mail sent to our domain. It processes technical request data such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and timestamps for delivery and security.
- Formspree receives form submissions and sends notifications to our inbox. Its policy describes processing in the United States and other countries where it operates, including technical information used to prevent fraud and run the service.
- Apple iCloud provides the operator’s mailbox. Cloudflare, Formspree, and mail providers may process information outside Switzerland. Their privacy information and service terms describe their processing and international safeguards; this website does not promise Swiss-only storage.
- Plausible provides optional website analytics when you choose Accept in the privacy banner. We do not send form email addresses or medical records to analytics. The site does not load advertising networks.
This public site does not offer payment setup or checkout and does not send documents to Stripe, an AI service, or a private case-processing API. Any future private case service needs its own specific information about providers and document handling before intake begins.
Browser privacy choices
The site stores your privacy choice and its timestamp in this browser’s local storage. Essential only keeps the optional Plausible script off. Accept allows that script to load. You can clear this site’s stored data in your browser and reload to choose again. These choices do not prevent the technical processing needed to deliver a page or a form request.
Retention and your choices
We keep ordinary inquiry records while needed to answer the inquiry, provide availability updates you requested, or resolve a related dispute or security issue. You may ask us to stop availability updates or request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of information we control. We will explain any information that must be retained for a legal or security reason. Service providers’ operational logs and backups follow their own applicable retention terms.
LifeDesk does not sell inquiry or case information. Registering interest does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing or authorize sharing medical documents. If private information reaches us by mistake, contact the privacy address so we can assess and limit further handling.
Updates
We will update this notice when the public site’s handling changes. It does not replace the case-specific privacy information required before any private case is accepted.
