Website terms

Effective 2026-09-10

1. Operator and current status

LifeDesk is operated by Raphaël Anselin in Switzerland. This website describes a proposed Ohio pilot and accepts ordinary availability inquiries. Private document intake and payment setup are not open. Registering interest does not engage LifeDesk, open a case, reserve acceptance, or create a payment obligation.

2. Proposed pilot scope

The proposed pilot is for Ohio residents aged 18 or over checking apparent duplicate payments or other factual payment discrepancies in medical bills they have already paid. The work would reconcile bills and receipts, organize evidence, and prepare factual questions for the provider’s billing department. It excludes insurer appeals, unpaid-debt negotiation, insurance sales, clinical or legal advice, litigation, and settlement or release negotiations.

3. Proposed fee

The proposed case fee is 25% of qualifying cash actually refunded directly to the customer. No qualifying cash refund means no case fee; a balance reduction alone does not trigger a fee. There is no upfront fee, deposit, or subscription in this pilot. A $1,000 qualifying refund would mean a $250 fee and $750 kept by the customer. This is an illustration, not a forecast or customer result.

4. Agreement before case work

If a case is later accepted, a separate agreement must first state the work, qualifying refund, cancellation, fee, dispute, and applicable legal terms. Payment consent is separate. The proposed fee process includes a recovery statement and at least seven complete business days for review after both confirmed statement receipt and verified cash recovery. These website terms do not authorize a charge or replace that case agreement.

5. Ordinary inquiries only

Leave only your email in the availability form. Do not submit bills, EOBs, medical information, claim numbers, identity documents, or attachments through an ordinary form or email. Keep those documents with you until a suitable private intake process is available and the work has been agreed.

6. Information and outcomes

Educational resources explain questions a person may research; they are not an offer to handle insurer appeals or cases outside the Ohio pilot. We cannot promise case acceptance, a refund, a recovery amount, or a particular timetable. LifeDesk is not a law firm or medical provider, and this website does not give case-specific legal or medical advice. Using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Nothing here limits rights under applicable consumer-protection law.

7. Contact and changes

For ordinary questions, corrections, or to withdraw an availability request, email hello@getlifedesk.com without private medical details. This page will be updated if the public offering changes. A future case agreement will be presented separately for review before case work begins.
